Everything we provide — the course, live market sessions, market commentary, webinar reviews, templates, community discussion and messages — is general trading education for informational purposes. Educational trading content is not personalized investment advice. Nothing we share is financial, investment or trading advice, a trade signal, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract or other instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you invest. Past performance — including any examples shown in our education — does not guarantee future results. We do not promise or guarantee any trading outcome, income, funded account or payout.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity under your account. Membership access is for you personally and may not be shared or resold.

You can sign up on our website to receive free email updates about upcoming webinars, educational resources, trading insights and announcements, including promotional messages about The Trade Lab. Email updates are free and do not include access to the paid course, live sessions or private community. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Signing up for email updates does not enroll you in text messages.

Paid memberships are not sold on this website. If you hold or purchase a paid The Trade Lab membership through our membership platform, Whop, it is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown at the time of purchase. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Our private community is hosted on Discord, and Discord's own terms also apply. Treat other members with respect. Do not post spam, promote other services, share other members' personal information, or present content as financial advice. We may remove content or suspend access for conduct that breaks these rules.

The course, recordings, templates, graphics and other materials are owned by Dedicated Trading LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you are a member. Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell them without our written permission.

• SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
• You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or by emailing info@thetradelab.app.
• Marketing or promotional text messages, if we offer them, require your separate affirmative consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Any trading-related content in our messages is general education, not personalized investment advice.
• We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy; SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Parts of our services run on third-party platforms such as Whop, Discord, GoHighLevel and Google. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dedicated Trading LLC is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
