Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Contact details — your first name and email address, for example when you sign up for email updates or register for a webinar.
• Mobile number — only if you opt in to receive text messages, as described in the SMS / Text Messaging section below. Our email signup does not ask for a phone number.
• Membership and order details — for paid members, the plan purchased, billing status and order history. Payments are processed by our membership platform; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Messages and requests — what you send us by email, chat, text message, forms or webinar registration.
• Community details — your username and activity inside our private Discord community, if you join it.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, through cookies and similar technologies described below.

• Provide the membership, course, live sessions, webinar reviews, resources and community to paid members.
• Process payments and manage memberships for paid members.
• Send the free email updates you sign up for.
• Respond to your inquiries, schedule calls and send appointment reminders.
• Send, with your separate consent, the text messages described in this policy.
• Provide customer support.
• Understand how the website is used and improve it.
• Keep our services secure and comply with legal obligations.

When you sign up for Trade Lab updates, you agree to receive educational and promotional emails from The Trade Lab about upcoming webinars, educational resources, trading insights and announcements. Our signup form asks only for your first name and email address.

Unsubscribing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email info@thetradelab.app.

Email consent and text messaging consent are separate. Signing up for email updates does not enroll you in text messages, and we do not use your email signup to obtain a phone number.

How we collect your number. We collect your mobile number only when you enter it in the chat widget on our website, or another form that clearly asks for your text messaging consent, and agree to receive texts from The Trade Lab.

How you give consent. You opt in by submitting your number together with the SMS consent shown on that form (for example, by checking an unchecked consent box). Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase. Marketing messages, if we offer them, require a separate opt-in.

Why we may text you. Follow-ups about your inquiry, call scheduling, appointment reminders and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@thetradelab.app.

Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@thetradelab.app.

Message delivery. Our messaging platform and wireless carriers process your number only to deliver the messages you asked for. They may not use it for any other purpose, and your number, opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run The Trade Lab, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:

• Whop — payment processing, membership management and the member portal for paid members (memberships are not sold on this website), and the website analytics pixel described below.
• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship and communications platform, used for our email updates signup, webinar registration forms, the website chat widget, and sending email and text messages on our behalf.
• Discord — hosting our private member community.
• Google — video meetings used for webinar reviews, and website fonts.
• Our website hosting provider — to deliver this website securely.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. This includes an analytics pixel from our membership platform, Whop, which records page visits and may use device identifiers, such as a browser fingerprint, for attribution and fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

• Text messages — reply STOP at any time.
• Emails — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction or deletion — email info@thetradelab.app and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
